hell yes.

let's face it, the first couple of weeks of a cycle generally suck because almost everyone's photos are late, at least 1 person doesn't turn them in. if we had a cycle of previous contestants who submitted photos on time every week, the cycle could get going and there would be a lesser chance of drop-outs. and hell, maybe some previous drop-outs who were getting really good(coughAmaranthcough) might have another chance and prove they could've won.
