Re: Harry potter
i am going to see it because the 6th is my second favorite book and i've seen them all in theaters.
the 3rd book is my favorite, so imagine how pissed i was at how horrible the movie turned out.
the first 2 were excellent. Chris Columbus should've directed them all. the fourth one was too rushed and the fifth one just okay.

Re: Harry potter
i loved the third one too. I hated how hogwarts was different and how Hermione suddenly became a catty bitch
The fourth one was horrible (the two schools dancing in their entrance? wtf???)
The fifth was also too rushed.
And dont you hate how they all dress like muggles now? In the book they were always in robes; the only time they wore regular clothes was when they weren't around wizards.

Re: Harry potter
me too, and now it's like different in every movie. the cliff disappears, the lake becomes a river, it's just stupid.
not to mention, in the fourth one, both of the other schools were supposed to be CO-ED!!!
and i do miss them in robes. it just fit better. now they're trying to stylize them and it's utter crap.
however, i do like to see the movies just to see how they match up to the visuals in my head from reading the book.

I'm so unbelievably sick of Harry Potter...I lost interest after film number 3 and book number 5.
