I had to take it. It sucked hard, I hate public speaking with a passion. I used the same strategy I use when I teach or have to present research at conferences. I always choose to present first to avoid worrying about it the entire class. Then I switched to my alter ego who loves to talk to strangers lol it helps for interviews too.
