PHOTOSHOOT BRIEF #2!!

Hello Everyone!

Ready for your next shoot?

Before we get to it- NOBODY correctly guessed the Tyra Mail this week!

Here is the photo I drew inspiration from this week:



This week's shoot is inspired by this quite pitiful shot from Clark, Cycle 11. It is of course NOT a rip off of the post show shoot the contestants from INTM2 did (if you dont know, ask )

FASHION GAMES

This week, you will be using favourite childhood board games as inspiration to create a set and style yourself and ultimately create an interesting fashion image within the theme of the board game. Remember though that you are selling something- Exactly what is your choice- Accesories, a handbag, a hat, a scarf, for example. Choose an item to sell and make sure you are aware of that in your shot.

Now, there are 12 of you and 6 different scenarios. Which means we will be doubling up. Which also means you will be directly compared to another model in the competition.

Here are the games you will be portraying, which were chosen according to alphabetical order!

Candyland- Ann, Amber
Clue- Audrey, Dani
Monopoly- Chris, Emma
Mouse Trap- Jack, Kristin
Operation- Laura, Victor
Twister- Wendy, Xander

Think about what kinds of images, patterns, characters and colours you will find in these games. Also think about what kind of situations you would find yourself getting into if you were in a virtual magical land version of this game. For example- If the game was Labirynth, you might have yourself lost in a maze of tall hedges.

REMEMBER:
This shoot requires a lot of creativity, which is what we wanna see this week! We also want to see you SELLING an item! Make it fashion!!! If you wanna make it fun, make it fun. If you wanna make it fierce, make it fierce!!!
You have SEVEN DAYS to complete this shoot, so it is due NEXT TUESDAY NIGHT.
You may all send in 7 frames each.
Late submissions WILL be penalised this week.

Way to pull a fast one with the Tyra Mail, Lesus! I was sure you were alluding to some Brandy weave-tastic photo shoot in which we would be modeling long braids.

Don't worry judges, the heat WILL be turned up this week. Consider the creative juices to be flowing.

ok. so. i have a dilemma. im thinking of doing TWO photoshoots. one selling product A and the other shoot focusing on product B. i cant decide which product i want to settle on. Am i allowed to do two and let Lesus decide??

Mouse Trap is an awesome game as if youve never heard of it!!

And yeh I think they only have Candyland in the US, ive never seen it here in Australia but ive heard of it through movies tv etc.

i'm using the crappy library computers. there's an hour limit and MySpace is blocked, it sucks ass. we still haven't gotten internet hooked up, but when we do, i'll be back and posting like crazy. =p
